Prof. Alireza Ghassempour

​​Alireza Ghassempour is a Professor of Analytical Chemistry with expertise in mass spectrometry and macromolecule determination. He obtained his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Sharif University of Technology in 1999, where he developed a mass spectrometry instrument for macromolecule determination. Prior to that, he completed his M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry at Mazandaran University, focusing on peptide sequencing using GC-MS and MS. He also holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Shahid Beheshti University. Alireza has extensive teaching experience, having taught various courses in General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Separation Methods, Spectroscopy, and New Methods for Phytochemistry Analysis at different universities in Iran. He has also supervised numerous M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in their research projects.​​​​​​​
